How ClinLexis approaches its environmental impact, its supply chain and its responsibilities as a supplier to the legal and healthcare sectors.
ClinLexis is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions for its UK operations by 2035, ahead of the UK Government's 2050 target. As a fully remote, cloud-native company with no premises or vehicles, our footprint is small, and we intend to keep it that way: remote-first operations, rail-first travel, and right-sized cloud infrastructure hosted in the UK. Our Carbon Reduction Plan is published in accordance with Procurement Policy Note 06/21 and reviewed annually.
Carbon Reduction Plan (PDF)ClinLexis Ltd is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its operations and to continual improvement in its environmental performance. We have commenced implementation of an environmental management system aligned to ISO 14001.

ClinLexis Ltd is not a relevant commercial organisation for the purposes of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, as its annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold. We nevertheless publish this statement voluntarily because we take our responsibilities in this area seriously.
ClinLexis has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in any part of its business or supply chain. As a UK software company, our supply chain consists principally of established cloud and software service providers, which we assess as low risk. We expect all suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to operate ethical labour practices, and we consider modern slavery risk when selecting suppliers.
Any concerns about slavery or human trafficking in connection with our business can be raised with us in confidence and will be investigated promptly.
