June product update: the paginated bundle, with claimant redaction

June’s update introduced the paginated bundle for enterprise customers: an unsorted records bundle organised into a chronologically ordered, provider-separated, indexed and hyperlinked bundle. Handwritten material is routed through dedicated handwriting recognition rather than being left behind.

Claimant-identifier redaction operates on individual text spans rather than whole lines. The distinction matters in practice: whole-line redaction destroys the sentence around an identifier and with it the readability of the bundle; span-level redaction removes the identifier and keeps the record usable. Pages that cannot be decoded are withheld and listed, never silently dropped.
