Private testing, judged to an expert’s standard

Through 2025 the platform ran in private testing against the material a working practice actually receives: typed letters, faxed pages, print-out runs and handwriting of variable legibility. What failed in private set the build priorities for the year ahead.

The judge of the output was a practising expert witness, applying the standard his own reports are held to. The pilot that followed in early 2026 opened the platform to external users for the first time.
