May product update: citation anchoring and chronology review

The first post-launch update hardened the chronology. Character-exact citation anchoring ties each event to the passage of the record it came from; the handwriting OCR overlay was rebuilt for legibility; and a review pass flags date outliers before they reach the user.

The platform grew up operationally in the same month: uploads extended to 1GB per file and 2GB per case, multi-factor authentication became mandatory for every new account, and per-case invoicing arrived for organisations.
